via a mailing list.

If you are a developer see: ruqueue-devel at nongnu.org
To subscribe to these lists all you have to do is go to the
ruQueue Savannah Mailing Lists Page, select the list you
are interested in, and enter your email address.
If you post to one of the above lists we will do our best to resolve
your question but resources might be limited.
Please read the documentation before posting.
The instance of ruQueue that is being run at
the Rutgers University Computing Help Desk has its own
forum
and mailing list: hdrt_users at email.rutgers.edu.
You would probably only want to read these lists if you work for
OIT and are using this
particular instance of ruQueue.
